220 km rural broadband build — 100 km 12-way and 110 km 24-way microduct, 20 km 4-in duct, 6 km 6-in duct and 5 km 4-way microduct, delivering over 1,300 homes passed.
The constraint: 35 major national pipeline crossings, 8 major railway crossings, 2 major highway crossings and 20+ watercourse crossings.

20 km secure-facility duct build — 1 km 6-in steel casing, 18 km 4-way and 3 km 7-way duct.
The constraint: high water table, boulder-laden rocky ground, and sections installed at depths beyond 10 m.

Every bore is preceded by Ontario One Call locates and hydrovac daylighting of every crossing utility. 91,000+ hours worked, lost-time injury free — zero on-site incidents and zero at-fault hits. Our crews carry Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Traffic Control, Ground Disturbance, Electrical Safety, First Aid, WHMIS and Fire Safety training; our supervisors are trained in MOL 4-Step and 5-Step, Basics of Supervising, Supervisor Due Diligence, AODA and Workplace Violence & Harassment.

We self-perform on our own iron — directional drills, conduit plows, excavators and splicing equipment run by our own operators out of our Courtice yard. Behind it sits a prequalified partner fleet we mobilize under Apex supervision: up to 8 additional drills including an 80,000 lb-class maxi rig, 7 hydrovac units, 3 more plows, 5 excavators and 6 splicing trucks — capacity that scales with the program without losing our standard.
